We used to build Salesforce for anyone. Now we just build it for hire.
Cloudtal started out working across a handful of industries. The work that stuck — the work we got genuinely good at — was hire. So that’s what we do now.
Why Hire
Generic Salesforce doesn’t fit hire. We know because we tried it, and so has most of the market — it’s why a lot of hire businesses have a CRM nobody really uses, sitting next to the ops system that actually runs the business.
The problem isn’t the people. It’s that quoting, availability, and on-hire/off-hire tracking don’t look like anything in a standard CRM template. Build it generic, and someone ends up maintaining two systems that don’t talk to each other by hand.
We’d rather go deep on one industry than wide across many. That means when we sit down with your hire desk, we’re not learning your business from scratch — we’ve usually seen the same problem somewhere else first.
Our Story
Our founder Asif, kept seeing the same pattern repeat in equipment hire companies: a good ops system, a CRM nobody trusts, and a person in the middle holding it all together by memory. Cloudtal exists to fix that gap specifically — not to sell Salesforce in general.
How We Work
We won’t tell you Salesforce is always the answer. Sometimes the honest answer is to fix a process first, and come back to the software question later. We’d rather say that upfront than build something on top of a process that isn’t ready for it.
When we do build, we start small — one measurable change, proven, before the next one. Not a six-month implementation with everything bet on a single go-live.
If you want to know whether this is relevant to your business before you talk to us, that’s a fair instinct — most vendors won’t make that easy.

We'll talk through where the gap actually shows up in your business, and whether we're the right fit for it.
